This holiday was extra special since my sister, brother and father flew down to spend it here in New Orleans with us. They hadn’t seen Dylan since he was 6 months old so they were really in for the surprise of how different he was. Now of course we had skyped over the past months but it’s different to see him in person. Even though it was a quick stay we had a great time and I cooked a big Christmas Eve meal. Technically this was Dylan’s second Christmas since he was just 4 days old last year but we considered this year his first and boy did the little guy enjoy it. Above everything he loved the decorated tree the most over everything else.. I’ll mention that this is why the Christmas tree is still up as I type this on the 7th of January. 😉 Besides enjoying the holiday festivities we were able to hop around New Orleans together as well. I included a few snapshots of Dylan with his Uncle Jesse in the french quarter at Jackson Square.
I hope this holiday season was wonderful for all of you and special memories were made with you and yours!
